Free Flight and international mountain-bike meets, mountain trekking and rock climbing – thrills and chills abound for the adrenalin hungry. For more moderate nature friends there are over 310 kilometers of clearly marked paths mapped out and connecting to form a network that accesses the beautiful and fascinating mountain life surrounding Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Impressive alpine panoramas aren’t the only views to take one’s breath away, however: the Partnach Gorge is flanked by secured paths that lead through stone galleries to the romantic wild water ravine.
